Tom Cicardo brought in his 41 Willys with some body panel fitment 'issues' as well as a ghost flame job that you couldn't see from more than 15 feet away, and that's just TOO ghosty! We repaired and repainted the door jambs as well as the inner doors, slightly 'stretched' the rear fenders to create a proper fit to the main body, removed rock chips in the front end and rear fenders and trimmed the door edges for a better fit to their jambs, plus we replaced the chrome mirrors with Vision Concepts pieces. We 'flat sanded' the old flames, primed and block sanded it all again, rebased the sides and hood with silver, locked that all in with finishing clear, THEN we were back to square one where we could begin the new flame job. The car is back with Tom and Peach and ready for summer cruising and shows. Be on the lookout for it and take a close look at what we've done with this car, and while you're at it ask Tom or Peach what they think of DOUGZ and how we treat our clients. Maybe your street rod is in need of a face lift or complete rework? We're here for you!
